Cancellation policy

A “booking contract” is a reservation of a self-catering cottage, for an agreed period,

accepted by us. A provisional booking will be held 7 days after the initial enquiry. Reservations must be confirmed within 7 days of initial request by payment of a non-refundable deposit of 100.00. If the booking date is within 8 weeks of arrival, the full payment is required.If no deposit is received within 7 days, the booking will be deemed to have been cancelled. No refund of deposit will be made in the event of a cancellation. Cancellation within 8 weeks before arrival, guests are responsible for the full cost of the booking for the reserved period unless the room is re-let. If guests are departing earlier than scheduled the same cancellation policy applies. There will be exceptions for special cases.


We cannot take responsibility for loss caused by factors which we cannot control, such as disruption to timetables, or ferry cancellation as a result of strike action, mechanical breakdown or adverse weather conditions. We recommend that travel insurance be purchased to cover such eventuality.


Check-in and check out

Check-in: between 3.30 p.m. and before 10.00 p.m.on day of arrival.

Check out: before or no later than 10.00 a.m.on day of leaving.


Smoking

Smoking is not permitted.


Damages

Any damage caused to our property has to be reported to us immediately. Guests will be

responsible for the repair or replacement of any breakages, loss or damage to our property

and furnishings and will have to pay before departure.

Guests will be charged £10.00 for the loss of keys


Guest responsibility

Cars parked at owners risk. Make sure all doors are locked.

No responsibility is accepted by us for any loss, damage or injury to person or property.


Pets

Pets are allowed.
