This historic two bedroom cottage is available to let for self-catering  holidays in Lamlash on the beautiful  Scottish Isle of Arran.


Lamlash is situated between Brodick and Whiting Bay on the east coast of Arran and is well located to visit all of Arran's many attractions.


The Chimney was built over 100 years ago by the Duke of Montrose for his estate workers. 


Over the years the cottage has been tastily upgraded and modernised and although centrally heated as the name suggests the coal fire is still in use.

 

The Chimney is an end of terrace traditional cottage situated near the centre of Lamlash and is an ideal property to spend your holiday. 


Comprising of downstairs lounge with flat screen TV and free view, DVD player, Radio, CD player and a small library of books.

There is a separate Dining Room next to the kitchen which comprises of twin oven cooker with grill, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and microwave.  The bathroom consists of a shower over full bath and razor point.

Upstairs there is one double

bedroom and one twin room,

both with TV's and ceiling fans. 

Small front garden with bench where you can sit and

watch the world go by.


There is parking space for your car behind the house.
